Invoices to Excel

Turn many invoices into an Excel sheet: supplier, tax ID, date, VAT, total and every line. Reads the Colombian DIAN XML and, if there is none, uses an AI model.

This tool sends the document's text to an AI model, so it needs a connection and your permission before use (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Habeas Data). Without a connection it cannot run.

What it’s for: Turn many invoices into an Excel sheet for your accountant: supplier, tax ID, date, VAT, withholdings, total and every line.

  1. 1Upload the invoices: DIAN PDFs (Colombian tax authority), PDFs from other suppliers, or photos.
  2. 2Give permission to send the text (only used for invoices without an XML) and press “Invoices to Excel”.
  3. 3Download the Excel: one sheet with a row per invoice and another with every line item.
