Sort many documents into folders by type (invoices, contracts, ID cards…) with clear names and an index. Uses an AI model.

This tool sends the document's text to an AI model, so it needs a connection and your permission before use (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Habeas Data). Without a connection it cannot run.

What it’s for: Sort a folder of mixed-up documents: each one into its own folder by type and with a clear name.

  3. 3Download the ZIP: folders like Invoices, Contracts or ID cards, names with date and issuer, and an index in Excel.
